This plan consists of a daily and weekly breakdown of mileage, workout type, and phase of training all written by heart rate training coach and elite athlete, Arturs Bareikis. In addition to this base running plan, you will receive 12 weeks of Coach Patty Pittman's beginner strength training plan that coordinates with your running schedule!

As the old saying goes, every journey begins with a single step, and for many, that step is aiming to run continuously for 60 minutes.

Achieving this goal is a major milestone for many people, as everyone has been in that starting position at some point in their lives. While it's not an easy feat, following this plan can help you reach it within three months!

This plan is designed for those returning to running after a long break, maternity leave, or other life obligations. Each week, as you progress through the plan, you'll gain confidence and momentum. It involves training three times a week, gradually building your endurance over 12 weeks.
